Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of pawdie.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Pawdie ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent order, or an item being out of stock. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

4. Product use and safety

The Pawdie is a hoodie with a pouch for carrying a cat or small dog. Only carry a pet that fits comfortably in the pouch and is calm being held. Stay with your pet the whole time they're in the pouch, support them with a hand when you move, bend over or climb stairs, and never leave them in the pouch unattended or while you sleep, drive or cook. You are responsible for your pet's safety and comfort.

5. Product information

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and sizes are approximate.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Pawdie or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
